Services offered individually or combined to meet your individual
needs:
Swedish massage: Long gliding strokes and kneading on the superficial
(outer) layers of muscles. Swedish offers benefits including relaxation, improved
range of motion, decreased stress and muscle tension, and increased circulation.
Deep Tissue massage or NMT (neuromuscular therapy): Is applied
with greater pressure and reaches deeper layers of muscles. NMT releases
chronic pain patterns of muscular tension.
Certified in neuromuscular and can address specific needs such as:
TMJ dysfunction
Migraines and headaches
Back pain/Low back pain
Limited range of motion (i.e. can not raise arms/shoulder pain, can not turn your
neck)
Etc.
